Bible School on Wheels
Bible School on Wheels is a mobile biblical education and leadership development program designed to bring practical theological training directly to rural communities. Rather than requiring pastors and church leaders to leave their families, congregations, and communities to attend distant Bible schools, FAIM sends trained missionary pastors, Bible teachers, and ministry facilitators into towns and villages to establish accessible, community-based learning centers.
These centers serve as local hubs for biblical instruction, leadership development, discipleship training, and collaborative ministry.
The program focuses on five essential areas:
1. Biblical and Theological Education: Providing foundational instruction in Old and New Testament studies, biblical interpretation, Christian doctrine, and the application of Scripture to everyday life and ministry.
2. Biblical Leadership Development: Equipping pastors and church leaders with practical skills in servant leadership, pastoral care, church administration, ethical leadership, and effective ministry management.
3. Disciple-Making and Discipleship: Training leaders to evangelize, nurture new believers, establish sustainable discipleship pathways, and multiply spiritually mature followers of Jesus Christ.
4. Evangelism and Missionary Training: Preparing local believers, emerging missionaries, and church leaders to communicate the Gospel effectively, engage their communities, establish new fellowships, and support church planting initiatives.
5. Church Strengthening and Community Transformation: Helping local congregations become spiritually healthy, biblically grounded, and actively engaged in addressing the spiritual and practical needs of their communities.
